JOVIX EXECUTIVE FORUM ATTENDEE AGREEMENT

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) states the terms and conditions that govern your attendance to the Jovix Executive Forum (the “Forum”) hosted by Atlas RFID Solutions (“Atlas”) having its principal place of business at 1728 3rd Ave N, Suite 400, Birmingham, AL 35203 (“Atlas”). By registering online, you (the “Attendee”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

WHEREAS, Atlas is conducting the Jovix Executive Forum, an intimate event of the construction industry’s innovative leaders, on Oct 28 to Oct 30, 2019 (the “Event”); and WHEREAS, Attendee has agreed to participate under these guidelines.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties hereto, Atlas and Oracle (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows:

 

  1. ATTENDANCE
    Atlas reserves the right to refuse registration by any guest. Refunds will be granted in the instance of refusal of admission. Information submitted on the registration form must be true and correct. Should dishonest information be provided, Atlas reserves the right to cancel attendance without refund. Only the named person on the registration is able to redeem the pass.
  2. PAYMENT
    The total cost to be paid to Atlas by the Attendee is noted in registration. The fee is due and payable at registration. Payment of the fee shall be made in U.S. Dollars ($) by check, wire transfer or credit card. The failure to make any payment shall be considered a forfeit of Attendee’s pass.
  3. PROMO CODES
    Atlas retains the rights to use and distribute promo codes to discount the attendee pass and fees as they see fit. Attendee must obtain their Promo Code from an Atlas employee. Misuse of promo codes will result in cancellation of Attendee passes.
  4. PROMOTION
    By registering for the Forum, the Attendee grants permission to use their title and company logo in promotional efforts. This includes photo and video footage from the Forum. The Attendee may promote participation in the Event via use of the Atlas logo or event materials but it shall be in compliance with the Atlas’s relevant trademark or corporate identity guidelines.
  5. TRANSFER OF PASSES TO EVENT
    If an Attendee can no longer attend the Forum, a transfer of the pass can be made up to 15 days prior to the event start. Transfer attendees will need to complete the registration on jef.jovix.com. A discount code will be provided to move the pass costs.
  6. ACCOMODATIONS
    The event pass DOES NOT include accommodations. Registration includes the option to add a hotel room. Atlas is offering a discounted rate and will pick up the remainder of the room rate. In NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Atlas cover room service, incidentals, portage fees, gratuities or any additional room or resort expenses.
  7. REGISTRATION
    Attendees to the event must be registered. Additional passes may be purchased for extra guests. Attendees must wear identification badges while at the Forum.
  8. PROMOTION and SALES
    No Attendee may distribute promotional materials, engage in sales efforts, conduct sales meetings or the like at the Forum without approval or sponsorship. Any promotional and/or presentation materials must be provided in a manner and format designated by Atlas. All Materials and sales activities are subject to Atlas’s approval. At its sole discretion, Atlas may withhold or withdraw permission to display items or distribute souvenirs, advertising or any other material that are unfitting or unapproved.
  9. CANCELLATION BY ATTENDEE
    Pass cancellation of all or part of its Event Participation, after purchase, must be sent in writing to registration@atlasrfid.com Cancellations more than sixty (60) days before an Event starts, will be provided a full refund. In the event an Attendee cancels less than sixty (60) days before an Event starts, Attendee shall be liable for one hundred percent (100%) of the Fees for the canceled Participation. Attendee is responsible for payment of such Fees irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
  10. EVENT CANCELLATION
    Atlas reserves the right to cancel any and all Events for any reason at any time upon written notice. Upon Atlas’s cancellation or termination, a refund of the Fees paid by Attendees will be made.
  11. CONDUCT
    The Attendee shall not act in an unprofessional manner while at the event, surrounding activities or in the company of the attendees. Atlas reserves the right to restrict or expel individuals because of noise, method of operation, content, safety, or any objectionable reason without refund or other appeal.
  12. INSURANCE
    The Attendee should have sufficient insurance to cover against loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods, and injury, including death, to its person.
  13. OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS
    Attendee shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes and statutes with respect to the conduct of its participation.
  14. FORCE MAJEURE
    Neither Party shall be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to perform under this Agreement or to conduct an Event as currently scheduled in whole or part because of riot, strike, labor dispute, acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil disorder, act of war, act of terrorism, failure of facilities, earthquake, storm, fire, flood, or other acts of God, or any reason of any kind whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of that Party. Atlas RFID Solutions will not be responsible for travel delays or cancellations as it pertains to the event.
  15. PARTNERS
    This event is owned by Atlas RFID Solutions and sponsored by our partners. Both Atlas RFID Solutions and the partners will have access to your personal information, and either Atlas RFID Solutions or our partners may provide you with sales or product promotion information. Each party will be responsible for managing their own use of your personal information. We recommend you review the privacy policies of these partners to address any questions you have regarding their handling of your personal information.
