Who should attend JEF 2019?

The forum is open to current, past, and future Jovix customers, as well as those with a general interest in the digital revolution within construction, especially as it pertains to Material Readiness.®

How do I register?

Once 2019 JEF registration is officially open, it will be here. To get on the registration notification list, just contact our Event Planner.

What is the price of registration?

Passes are $749 and must be purchased in advance. More details are available here.

How do I update my registration information?

Contact us to change any of your registration details.

What special dietary requirements are accommodated?

From vegan to gluten-free, allergies to diets, we will try to accommodate any dietary requirements highlighted in advance. If you did not include this in your registration details, be sure to email us so that we can work to accommodate.

Can I book a private conference room during my visit?

Yes! Please email us to arrange a conference room during your visit.

Can I earn Professional Development Hours for attending JEF?

Your participation in the 2019 Jovix Executive Forum may earn you Professional Development Hours (PDHs). PDHs are educational units used to fulfill continuing education requirements for licensure, certification, or tenure, for instance. In most cases, 1 hour of an event equals 1 PDH. Reach out to us to learn more and to receive documentation of completion post-event.

What's included in the forum registration?

Registration includes access to all sessions on the agenda page as well as coffee breaks, lunch, and after-hours activities as noted. Accommodations are NOT included in the ticket; more details on those options can be found here.

Can I get a registration receipt?

Absolutely! If one did not automatically arrive in your inbox, please reach out to us for a copy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full ticket cancellations and refunds can be accommodated through September 18, 2019. Ticket exchanges can be done up until the date of the event. Please contact us to make any changes.

Do you accept submissions for speaker/session ideas?

We have a limited number of speaking opportunities, but if you feel passionate about innovation in this industry, reach out to us to see if you may be a fit for the forum.

Where should I stay?

We suggest you stay at The Woodlands Hotel and Conference Center to be central to all of the forum activities. More details on those options and how to book at our discounted rate can be found here.
